Horton Family

My sister in-law asked me to take family portraits and of course I did! I love taking photos of them because they are such a beautiful family. My two nieces are ADORABLE!!! It was difficult though, to get them to look at the camera at the same time...there were more interesting things to look at than my silly face behind the camera.

P.S. I'm going to be an auntie again! Congrats Amie and Pete!

Chelsea-Senior Portraits

My friend Beth asked me to take senior portaits of her daughter Chelsea who just graduated from high school. I haven't taken photos in a year, so it was so much fun to get back in the swing of things. Chelsea is so photogenic, I hardly had to direct her. MY BABY!!!!

Baby Jacob was born May 18, 2009 and was 7.7lbs. He is perfect in everyway! When I was pregnant, I was scared to be a mother. I had worries about the unknown. Now that am finally a mom, I am not scared! It is the best thing in the world!!! I have a peace in my life that I can not describe. I love seeing my baby smile and grow everyday. He truly brings me a joy I have never experienced before. It has brought Trevor and I together on a whole new level. Being parents is so rewarding! Here are a few photos of when he was just a few weeks old...
